With this package we will assist you in areas still needing help with planning. Then creating a timeline that is filled with all the details. Then, we'll execute the wedding day from start to finish so you can focus on sipping mimosas and dancing the night away.

Partial planning services do not provide the same level of support as full planning services.

Initial complimentary consultation

Resources upon booking including:

• 30 Hours of consulting & planning prior to event to discuss details

• Consistent communication

• Assistance in vendor selection and management

•  Planning checklist with to-do’s outlined throughout the process (with what is left)

• Creation of design plan to include: custom floor plans

• Decor inventory

• Access to our client portal with additional resources

• Coordination with venue staff

• Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIP’s

• Monthly meetings until 4 months out, then bi-weekly, finally weekly for the month of the wedding

• 2 hours of rehearsal (where applicable)

• Unlimited hours of day of coordination on wedding with main planner present from start to finish

• Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

• (1-2) Event assistants on site day-of
