With this package we will assist you one month before your wedding day. We will create a timeline that is filled with all the details. Then, we'll set up all of your decor, be the point person for your vendors, and make sure everything is on time. We want you to be able to enjoy your day with all of your favorite people, worry free!

Planning begins 8 weeks prior to event and includes 3-5 meetings to discuss event logistics and final details.
Initial complimentary consultation

Resources upon booking including:

• List of amazing vendors in the area (if needed)

• Review of all vendor contracts and management

• Finalize details with all vendors (including venue)

• Ceremony building guide

• Ensure rental and catering counts are correct

• Creation of floor plans for wedding day

• Seating chart creation

• Review of all transportation logistics for guests and bridal party

• Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIP’s
