With this package we will assist you from start to finish. From helping you pick your venue and vendors, to advise to design beautiful tablescapes, with a wedding planner by your side every single step of the way. Your planner will provide answers to your questions and solutions to any issues that may arise throughout your time together so that things progress smoothly throughout the entire process.

Initial complimentary consultation

Resources upon booking including:

• 60 Hours of consulting & planning prior to event to discuss details

• Consistent communication

• Venue selection and site visits

• Assistance with all aspects of budget including dedication to keeping on budget and detailed payment schedule

• Vendor referrals, selection, contract review and management

• Contract review and negotiation

• Tailored meetings based on client's style and budget

• Planning checklist with to-do’s outlined throughout the process

• Creation of design plan to include: mood board, floral and linen recommendations, color palette, and custom floor plans

• Oversight of additional design elements including lighting design and tablescape decor

• Decor inventory

• Ceremony building and resources, we will work with your officiant to custom plan your unique service

• Access to our client portal with additional resources

• Curation of paper suite to include: invitations, place cards, name cards, signage, etc.

• Management of all transportation logistics for guests and bridal party

• Coordination with venue staff

• Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIP’s

• Monthly meetings until 4 months out, then bi-weekly, finally weekly for the month of the wedding

• 2 hours of rehearsal (where applicable)

• Unlimited hours of day of coordination on wedding with main planner present from start to finish with

• Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

• 1 to 2 Event Assistants

• Oversee breakdown of event and ensure all personal items are returned to client
